Privacy Policy – Coaches Playbook

1. Who we are

Coaches Playbook is developed by Mir Albertioni. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at playbookcoaches@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

When you create an account we collect:

• Email address — used to identify your account
• Full name — displayed on your profile
• Profile picture — only if you sign in with Google or Apple and have one set
• Push notification token — only if you enable notifications, used to send you group activity and session reminders

We also store content you create in the app: exercises, drills, tactics, lineups, and teams/groups.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account
• To provide app functionality (exercises, teams, drill playback)
• To authenticate you when you sign in
• To send push notifications you've opted into (group activity, session reminders)

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or marketing.

4. Third parties

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (our backend provider). If you sign in with Google or Apple, their respective OAuth services are used for authentication. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by requesting deletion at soccer-coach-web-ten.vercel.app/delete-account.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. Access is protected by authentication tokens.

7. Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
